Course Description: The OSHA Outreach Training Program is OSHA’s primary way to train workers in the basics of occupational safety and health. The OSHA Construction Outreach Training Programs were developed by the OSHA Training Institute with the intent to assist employers in training and introducing employees to the basic practices of identifying, reducing, eliminating and reporting hazards associated with their work.

About the Instructor: David Benavides
Mr. Benavides has over 20 years of combined hands-on safety experience including risk management, loss control, and safety training in multiple industries. Mr. Benavides has been the owner of National Safety Alliance, LLC for the last 11 years. Mr. Benavides continues to further his education at the University of Texas at Arlington and Columbia Southern University. Mr. Benavides has a great passion for safety and people. Mr. Benavides is an accomplished OSHA Authorized Construction and General Industry Trainer. He can instruct the OSHA 10 and 30-hour courses in adherence to the outreach training program. Mr. Benavides is also a Medic First Aid CPR instructor through the Health Safety Institute.
